Ginger Tea

Ingredients
1 inch piece Ginger (grated)
2 cups Water
1 stick Cinnamon
2 tbsp Honey (optional)
2 tbsp Lemon juice (optional)
 

Method:
  1. Boil water with ginger and cinnamon for 1-2 minutes and keep closed for 1 hour. When ready to serve either reheat or serve cold. Serve with honey and/or lemon juice.
     
  2. This is a good remedy for cold and throat problems. Good for 'morning sickness'.
