Bhature

Ingredients:
500 gram maida flour
250 gram yogurt
120 gram oil
25 gram baking powder
 

Method:
  1. Mix ghee, baking powder, yogurt and sieve Maida flour, knead to smooth dough. Then make few small balls from dough.
  2. Heat up pan with oil. Flatten the balls one by one on pan and fry. Fry until both sides turn golden brown.
  3. Serve hot with onion rings, sliced green chilies and chole masala.
