Mixed Vegetable with Moong dal

Ingredients
200 gm (mix) Cauliflower (chopped), cabbage (chopped), and potato (chopped)
3 Green chills
100 gm Mooing dale
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
1/4 tsp Salt
1 twig Curry leaves
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Urud dal
 
Method:
  1. Mix all the vegetables and green chilies, moong dal, onion, tomato and salt. Add water until all the mixtures are just immersed and steam into a bread cooker.
  2. Add spattered urud dal, mustard seeds and curry leaves after removing from cooker.
