Method:
- Mix all the wheat flour, maida and rava with oil,
add water and salt during knead into soft dough. Cover up and put aside
for at least half and hour.
- Portion the dough equally into a ball shape. Roll out
and apply oil for each ball, then fold it into a circular roll. Press
and roll out until it turns to a bigger round. Arrange the paratha on a hot
tava and roast on both sides.
- Heating up shallow pan with oil and shallow fry
this roasted paratha in it.
- Serve hot with curd (yogurt) or any vegetable
curry
