Mughlai Paratha

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup rava (semolina)
2 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
Salt to taste
 
Method:
  1. Mix all the wheat flour, maida and rava with oil, add water and salt during knead into soft dough. Cover up and put aside for at least half and hour.
  2. Portion the dough equally into a ball shape. Roll out and apply oil for each ball, then fold it into a circular roll. Press and roll out until it turns to a bigger round. Arrange the paratha on a hot tava and roast on both sides.
  3. Heating up shallow pan with oil and shallow fry this roasted paratha in it.
  4. Serve hot with curd (yogurt) or any vegetable curry
