Method:
- Mix wheat flour with ghee, add water during
knead into dough. Break into 6 portions, flatten and roll each. Spread
ghee over them and fold and roll again. Then put it on a griddle.
- Heat the paratha on a griddle and spread some
ghee over the top side. Turn and toss, spread ghee on the other side.
Fry until the bottom is crisp and golden, then turns and fry the
remaining side.
- Serve Hot
