Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and knead into dough
with some water. Tear the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll out into a
circle shape for each portion.
- Heat a tava and spread some oil on it, cook
both sides until brown. Press down on the thicker edges with a spoon to
ensure the roti also gets cook inside.
- Repeat to the remaining doughs, make another 5
rotis.
- Serve hot.
