Method:
- Mix all the wheat flour, maida flour, baking
powder and salt. Sieve out the fine mixed flour.
- Add egg, milk, banana to the flour and knead to
smooth dough with water. Cover with a thin cloth and put aside for half
an hour.
- Make few ball shapes from the dough. Flatten
and roll each Then fry on flat pan and spread ghee on it. Fry until
golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot.
