Shahi Paratha

Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
500 gm minced meat
Salt and red chili powder to taste
1 tomato (chopped)
5 green chilies (chopped)
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion (chopped)
Few coriander leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp ghee
 
Method:
  1. Mix flour with some water then knead into smooth dough. Heat up a pan with oil, sauté ginger-garlic paste then keep aside.
  2. Cook minced meat; add salt and chili powder to taste. Pour ˝ cup water till the meat is cooked and drain.
  3. Add pieces tomatoes into the beaten egg, spread some salt and stir then fry into two omelets.
  4. Break two portions of the dough and make two thin chapattis. One chapatti place one omelets, spread a tablespoon of minced meat over it, sprinkle some green chilies, coriander and cover with the other omelets. Top up with the next chapatti and press the edges of the two chapattis tightly. In a tava fry the paratha with a little oil, till both the sides are well done.
  5. Serve hot.
