Chicken Crumb Fry

Ingredients
2 lbs. Chicken (wash and cut into pieces)
6 cloves Garlic
½ inch piece Ginger chopped
5 Red chilies
5 Eggs
1 cup Bread crumbs
½ cup Oil
 

Method:
  1. Grind the ginger, garlic and red chilies to a fine paste. Add this paste and salt to the chicken pieces and boil with 2 cups of water until the chicken pieces are tender and all the water is absorbed.
  2. Then beat the eggs with 3/4 cup of water and dip the boiled chicken pieces in it. Then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
  3. Deep fry in hot oil until brown. Serve hot.
