Method:
- Blanch a chicken breast in boiling water then
chop into pieces. Heat up pan with butter, toss in the pieces of chicken
breast, salsa, cream cheese, chili powder and cilantro and Sauté. Add
salt and pepper before done.
- Heat up another pan with oil. Cook tortia on
both sides, cut tortia into pieces after done. Fill in the cooked tortia
and chicken breast, to make a sandwich, heat both sides of the sandwich
with low heat.
- Serve hot with salsa, salad greens and sour
cream.
