Chili Chicken

Ingredients:
250 gm Chicken
1 tbsp Chilly powder
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 Green chili
1 Egg
1 Onion
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Paprika
Cooking oil
Salt to taste
 

Method:
  1. Marinade the chicken with chili powder, beaten egg, soy sauce, paprika and salt. Keep aside for few hours.
  2. Later, heat up pan with oil. Sauté slices of onions and green chilies. Fry till slices of onions are translucent. Toss in the marinade chicken and soy sauce to cook till done.
  3. Serve hot
