Doon Chetin (Walnut chutney)

1/2 cup Walnuts (akhrot) without shell
1/2 cup Onions (chopped)
2 pcs Green chilies (chopped)
1/2 cup Yoghurt
1/4 cup Red chili powder
Salt to taste
 

Method:
  1. Grind together the onions and green chilies to a smooth paste. Add walnuts and grind further for 30-40 seconds.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Mix in yoghurt, red chili powder, and salt.
  3. Serve.
