( Kashniri mint Chutney )

 

Pudna Chetin (Kashniri mint chutney)

150 gm Mint (pudina) leaves (washed)
2-3 Green chilies (chopped)
2 tsp Water
2 tbsp Yoghurt (dahi), whisked
Salt to taste
 

Method:
  1. Grind mint and green chilies with water into a smooth paste, Transfer to a small bowl.
  2. Mix yoghurt with the mint paste. Add salt to taste and serve.
