5 tsp Mango powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Ginger powder
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
Salt to taste
5 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Raisins
Method:
Mix all the ingredients (except raisins) with
1/2 cup water in a saucepan and cook gently for 5 minutes. Ensure that
the mixture is lump-free and the sugar dissolves completely. Add the
raisins.
