Besan Chutney

Ingredients
1 cup Besan
3 cups Water
10 Green chilies
A small pinch Hing
¼ tsp Mustard
1 tsp Salt
 

Method:
  1. Make a batter with besan, salt and 2 cups of water, and keep it aside.
  2. Fry mustard, hing, and green chilies in oil for a few minutes and then add 1 cup of water. Let it cook for a few minutes.
  3. Now add the besan batter and keep stirring until the besan gets cooked.
