Bitter-nut Vathal

Ingredients
1Kg Bitter gourd
½ cup Curd
4 tsp Salt
 

Method:
  1. Cut bitter gourd into thin round slices and dry it for one day. Next day soak the bitter gourd in curd, and salt.
  2. Then dry it in the sun until it is fully dried and becomes crisp. Store in an air-tight container.
