Carrot Chammanthy

Ingredients
1 Carrot (cut into cubes)
1 Tomato (cut into cubes)
4-5 Onion (small)
3-4 Green chilly
1 Coconut
1 tbsp Urud dal
1 tbsp Channa dal
1 tbsp Cooking oil
Salt As per taste
 

Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry urid dal and channa dal, till golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
  2. In the same pan add onion tomato and green chilies and fry till raw smell of onion goes.
  3. Grind all ingredients together to get a fine paste without adding water.
    Serve with Dosa or Idli.
