Coriander Chutney

 

Coriander Chutney

Ingredients
1 bunch Coriander leaves
1 Small onion
3 tbsp Coconut
2 tbsp Garlic flakes
5 Green chilies
A small piece Ginger
Lemon juice – l tsp
Salt to taste
 

Method:
  • Blend all the above to a smooth paste adding a little water. It can be refrigerated for 2 days.
