Ingredients
1 bunch Coriander
¼ tbsp Tamarind paste
2 Red chilies
2 Green chilies
2 tbsp Channa dhal
4 tbsp Urad dhal
¼ tbsp Hing
½ tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Oil
Method:
Mix hing with oil. Heat up pan with little oil,
fry channa dhal, urad dhal, and red/green chilies. Remove and grind. Mix
well with coriander, tamarind paste and salt.
