Pakistan Apricot Chutney

Ingredients:
3 cups dried apricots (finely chopped)
1 1/4 cups soft light brown sugar
2 cups malt vinegar
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger pulp
1/2 Cup sultanas
1 tsp salt
2 cups water
 

Method:
  1. Toss and mix all the ingredients into a pan, bring the mixture, boil and stir until thickened. Simmer for about half an hour for cool down.
  2. Remove from pan and transfer it a big jar, cover tightly.
  3. Store the chutney into fridge. Bring out for munching when needed.
