Tomato Chili Sauce

Ingredients
1 kg tomatoes
4 green chilies
2 garlic cloves
1 tamarind
 

Method:
  1. Wash all the tomatoes and then put to boil. While boiling add in grind green chilies, garlic cloves, tamarind (chopped into pieces) and salt.
  2. Turn to low heat, and keep on stir until thick sauce. Set aside to cool down.
  3. Store into air tight container and keep into refrigerator.
