Badaam kheer
Ingredients
20-24 Almonds (Badaam)
2 cups Milk
3 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Saffron
Method:
Soak the almonds(badaam) in water for about an hour. Remove the skin and grind to a smooth paste. Boil the milk, when it starts boiling add the almonds(badaam) and cook for another 1-2 min.
Add sugar and stir well. Add saffron.
Serve hot or cold.
