Bambaison ( Nepalese cardamom-flavoured milk sweet )

Ingredients
1 kg Wholemilk fudge (khoya), grated
¾ cup Ghee
1 ¼ cups Sugar
½ cup Milk
1 tsp Green cardamom (choti elaichi) powder
 

Method:
  1. Heap up pan with ghee and large pan. Add in the whole milk fudge and turns low heat. Keep on stirring until light golden.
  2. Then add in sugar and milk; continue stirring until sugar and whole milk fudge dissolves.
  3. Mix the green cardamom powder. Set aside to cool down.
     

Serves: 2- 4
