Milk Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup Butter
2 cups Milk
1 egg Egg
1/3 cup Sugar
 

Method:
  1. Add a little water, mix flour and sugar thoroughly. Cook with low heat for 5 minutes. Add milk and stir it frequently.
  2. Remove from flame. Add beaten egg and butter, stir and mix well.
  3. Chill for 2 hours before serve.
