Method:
- Heat up pan with oil, roast moong dhall till
fragrance then pour 2 cups of water to boil. Add jaggery and sugar on it
cook until jiggery gets melt. Add 3 cups of milk, cook and mix well.
- Besides, fry cashews with little ghee till it
turns brown then add cardamoms to fry together. When ready, add these to
moong dhal and cook well.
