Moong Dhal Kheer

Ingredients
1 cup Moong DhaII
1 cup Jaggery
2 tbsp Sugar
2 cups Water
3 cups Milk
2 Cardamom
2 tbsp Ghee
3 tbsp Cashews
 

Method:
  1. Heat up pan with oil, roast moong dhall till fragrance then pour 2 cups of water to boil. Add jaggery and sugar on it cook until jiggery gets melt. Add 3 cups of milk, cook and mix well.
  2. Besides, fry cashews with little ghee till it turns brown then add cardamoms to fry together. When ready, add these to moong dhal and cook well.
