Palada

Ingredients
˝ cup Ada
4 cups Milk
2 tbsp Butter
2 cups Water
1 cup Condensed Milk
˝ cup Sugar
 

Method:
  1. Boil ada with 2 cups of water and cover up, and then drain out after 30 minutes later.
  2. Heat up the pan with butter; add the drained ada and sauté until it turns pink. Add milk and water, turns to medium heat; stir frequently until milk is reduced by haft. Add condensed milk and keep cooking for 5 to 0 minutes.
  3. Remove from flame, add sugar and mix well. Serve hot.
