Ingredients
1/2 cup Suji (semolina)
1/2 cup Sugar
30 gram Green cardamom seeds
30 gram Sliced almonds
30 gram Raisins
1 1/2 cups Water
1/2 cup Ghee
Method:
Add sugar in water and boil for 5
minutes.
Heat up pan with ghee. Add suji
(semolina) and stir on low heat till it becomes lightly creamy. Add
syrup (sugar water) and stir briskly until it is absorbed in the Suji
(semolina). Add crushed almonds, cardamom seeds and raisins.
