Sweet Urud

Ingredients
1/2 kg Urid Dhal
100 gram Ghee
100 gram Sugar
 

Method:
  1. Heat up pan without oil; fry urid dhal till it turns brown. When done remove from pan. Transfer to blender, grind it coarsely and add sugar.
  2. Pour out to a big deep vessel and mix with ghee until it is semi solid mixture.
  3. Ready to serve
