Method:
- Heat up the pan; fry the vermicelli until
golden brown with high heat. Set aside.
- In the other hand, boil the milk then add in
the fried vermicelli and cardamom seeds to cook, until milk is reduced
by half. Turn to low heat and add sugar. Cook until creamy. Remove from
heat.
- Decorate with pistachio nuts, almonds and
silver leaves.
