Method:
- Place mutton cubes in a saucepan, cover with cold water and
bring to the boil. Then simmer until mutton becomes tender.
- Grind together the onions, garlic and ginger. Add this to the
boiling mutton.
- Then add in the curry powder and chili powder and drumsticks.
Cover and cook on low heat till drumsticks soften.
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan, fry the mustard seeds, cinnamon,
cloves, cardamoms and curry leaves till fragrant.
- Remove from heat and add this mixture to the mutton and
drumsticks.
- Add salt and yoghurt and cook on low until gravy dries
