Baked Eggs

Ingredients
6 Eggs
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
2 Green peppers (chopped)
2 Onions (finely chopped)
5 cloves Crushed garlic
1 cup Grated cheese
4 tbsp Oil
A bunch of chopped cilantro (coriander) leaves
Salt to taste
 

Method:
  1. Heap up pan with 4 tbsp of oil, toss in crushed garlic and onions, sauté until it turns brown. Add tomatoes and green peppers and fry for few minutes. Then set aside.
  2. Get 6 small bowls and spread equally the mixture into each bowl. Sprinkle some cheese and salt on each bowl. Send to oven for for baking at 350⁰F for half an hour (or until the eggs are cooked).
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves (chopped).
  4. Serve hot
