Method:
- Put the besan powder, rice flour, chilies
powder and
salt powder into a bowl. Add water and mix to make a
thick paste.
- Full boil the eggs. Shell and cut the eggs into half
lengthwise.
- Heat oil in frying pan. Dip each egg piece in the besan
paste so as to cover it completely. Then deep fry the egg
pieces in hot oil.
- Serve hot.
