Egg with Greenpeas Masala

Ingredients
5 Hard boiled eggs (cut into 2 lengthwise)
3/4 cup Fresh green peas
1 stick Cinnamon
2 Bay leaves
2 Cloves
2 Cardamoms
3 Onions (finely chopped)
2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
6 cloves Crushed garlic
4 Green chilies (finely chopped)
Salt
4 tbsp Oil
 

Method:
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves, cardamoms and garlic, green chilies for couple of minutes.
  2. Add the onions and fry until golden. Then add the tomatoes and green peas and cook until the peas are soft. Now add the halved eggs slowly. Cook for few minutes and remove from heat.
  3. Serve hot.
