Method:
- Heat up a pan with oil. Fry the ingredients of
(onions, garlic, ginger, cinnamon and bay leaf), till onions are golden
brown. Add coriander powder, red chili powder, ground cashew nuts and
tomatoes, fry for few minutes more. Pour some water and leave it to boil
for a while.
- Then break eggs to a pan, reduce the heat and
cook for another few minutes. Sprinkle garam masala, pepper powder and
lime juice on it. Garnish with coriander leaves (chopped).
- Serve hot.
