Method:
- Heat up a pan with oil. Fry the sliced onions
until golden brown, then add garam masala and fry till the oil reduce to
little.
- Add turmeric, red chili, cumin powder and
dahlia; continue to fry for around 3 minutes. Finally, break egg and
sauté with the mixture till thoroughly each egg is well coated with
masala. Toss tomato paste, salt to taste and water for gravy. Again add
garam masala and kasoori methi.
- Serve hot with rice
