Egg Moglai

Ingredients
8 Eggs
1 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Dhania (coriander) powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 medium Onion sliced
1/4 cup Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Curd (yoghurt)
2 tbsp Cooking oil/ghee (clarified butter)
1 tsp Kasoori methi
1/2 tsp Garam masala
Salt to taste

Blend to a smooth tomato paste:
1 Coves
2 Cardamoms
1 small Onion
A medium piece Ginger
4-5 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Curd
1 small stick Cinnamon
2 small Tomatoes
1 tbsp Cashew nuts
 

Method:
  1. Heat up a pan with oil. Fry the sliced onions until golden brown, then add garam masala and fry till the oil reduce to little.
  2. Add turmeric, red chili, cumin powder and dahlia; continue to fry for around 3 minutes. Finally, break egg and sauté with the mixture till thoroughly each egg is well coated with masala. Toss tomato paste, salt to taste and water for gravy. Again add garam masala and kasoori methi.
  3. Serve hot with rice
