Egg Toast

 

EGG TOAST

Ingredients
½ loaf milk bread (not sweet)
6 eggs
1 tablespoon chilies powder
Salt powder to taste
½ tablespoon pepper powder
Ghee for frying


Method:
  1. Take a wide bowl. Pour the contents of the eggs into
    it. Sprinkle powdered salt, pepper and chilies powder over
    it. Mix well and keep aside.

  2. Heat a tava. Smear ghee over it. Take each slice of
    bread and dip in the egg bowl on both sides. Put this bread
    slice on the tava. Smear both sides of the bread slice with
    ghee and cook till it becomes crisp and brown in color.
    Cook on low fire only.

  3. Serve hot.
