Method:
- Chop the onion, green chilies and coriander
leaves
finely. Take it in a bowl. Add salt, chilies powder and
grated coconut. Mix well. Pour the egg contents into it
and stir well.
Take a tava. Pour enough oil and heat it. Pour the egg
mixture over it and spread evenly. Cook it on low fire.
When the lower side is roasted, turn over. Cook for a few
more minutes and remove from fire.
Serve hot as a snack or with rice.
