Omelette

 

OMELETTE

Ingredients
4 eggs
2 medium size onions
2 tablespoon grated coconut
1 bunch coriander leaves
3 green chilies
½ tablespoon chilies powder
¾ tablespoon table salt (according to taste)
Oil for frying


Method:
  1. Chop the onion, green chilies and coriander leaves
    finely. Take it in a bowl. Add salt, chilies powder and
    grated coconut. Mix well. Pour the egg contents into it
    and stir well.

  2. Take a tava. Pour enough oil and heat it. Pour the egg
    mixture over it and spread evenly. Cook it on low fire.

  3. When the lower side is roasted, turn over. Cook for a few
    more minutes and remove from fire.

  4. Serve hot as a snack or with rice.
