Method:
- Before peeling and slicing these
bananas, rub some cooking oil on the palms of your hands.
- Slice the bananas lengthwise.
- Rub with salt, turmeric powder and chili powder.
Leave for about half an hour.
- Heat oil for deep frying in a wok and fry the
bananas a few at a time until dark brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent
kitchen paper before serving hot.
- If you are not serving them immediately, cool
the bananas before storing in an airtight container.
