Method:
- Blender the ginger and garlic with 3 tbsp of
water, blend into a paste.
Boil the tomatoes, yoghurt, onions, ginger-garlic paste and salt into
a large saucepan. Stir until boiled then lower the head and simmer
until cooked.
- Then add cumin seeds, garam masala and lemon
juice and stir for a while.
- Sprinkle fresh coriander on top and serve
