Chaamp Masala (Lamb Chops Masala)

Ingredients
3 ginger ( peeled and chopped )
3 tbsp garlic ( peeled and chopped )
6 lamb ( ribs, remove all extra fat )
2 medium sized onions ( chopped )
4 tomatoes ( grated or finely chopped )
1 tbsp cayenne
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 1/2 tsp salt
1-2 tsp Punjabi garam masala
1 tsp ground roasted cumin seeds
3 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 tbsp green coriander ( chopped )
 

Method:
  1. Blender the ginger and garlic with 3 tbsp of water, blend into a paste.
    Boil the tomatoes, yoghurt, onions, ginger-garlic paste and salt into a large saucepan. Stir until boiled then lower the head and simmer until cooked.
  2. Then add cumin seeds, garam masala and lemon juice and stir for a while.
  3. Sprinkle fresh coriander on top and serve
