Method:
- Toss the chopped onion, coriander, lamb cubes,
cumin, mustard seeds, turmeric and chili powder into a casserole and
cook with medium heat. Stir all these ingredients well for 2-3 minutes
then add ¼ cup of yogurt, turns heat to high and stir for another 2-3
minutes. Add ginger and garlic then cover the casserole, lower the heat
and simmer for an hour.
- Until the meat is cooked, increase to medium
heat and add spinach, add salt after 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.
