Method:
- Grind together cloves, cinnamon, jeera,
khus-khus,
onions, garlic and pepper into a smooth paste. Keep
aside. Cook the minced meat with salt and just
enough water. Then grind the cooked meat into a smooth
paste.
Mix the cooked and ground meat with the
ground masala paste, eggs, chilies powder and dhania
powder.
Heat a tava and smear it with ghee. Then place small
flat round pieces of meat - masala mix. Fry them till brown
on both sides.
Serve hot with chutney and sauce.
