Mutton Cutlet

 

MUTTON CUTLET

Ingredients
¼ kg minced meat
6 cloves
1 inch cinnamon
½ tablespoon jeera
1 tablespoon khus-khus
2 onions
6 flakes garlic
1 tablespoon chilies powder
1 tablespoon dhania powder
8 pepper
Oil for frying
2 eggs
Salt to taste
 

Method:
  1. Grind together cloves, cinnamon, jeera, khus-khus,
    onions, garlic and pepper into a smooth paste. Keep
    aside. Cook the minced meat with salt and just
    enough water. Then grind the cooked meat into a smooth
    paste.

  2. Mix the cooked and ground meat with the
    ground masala paste, eggs, chilies powder and dhania
    powder.

  3. Heat a tava and smear it with ghee. Then place small
    flat round pieces of meat - masala mix. Fry them till brown
    on both sides.

  4. Serve hot with chutney and sauce.
