Mutton Deep Fry

Ingredients
500 gram Minced lamb
1 inch piece Ginger
2 Onions
½ tsp Cumin seeds
5 cloves Garlic
5 Green chilies
½ tsp Garam masala
A bunch of chopped cilantro (coriander) leaves
1 Raw egg (well beaten)
Salt to taste
Oil for deep-frying
 

Method:
  1. Grind garlic, ginger, chili, cumin seeds, onions, garam masala and cilantro to make a paste. Marinate the minced lamb with salt, egg and the paste.
  2. Deep fry the marinated minced lamb in hot oil until golden brown.
  3. Serve hot.
