Method:
- Grind the green cardamom pods until fine
powder. Add this cardamom fine powder onto a hot pan with little oil and
stir, then add lamb cubes and fry. Follow by, tomatoes (finely chopped)
and onions (finely chopped), sauté for 5 minutes. Begin to add the garam
masala, tomato paste, salt and 2 cups of water.
- Close up and simmer for 15 minutes, low heat.
Open up, turns to high heat, add in the black pepper powder and stir for
a while.
- Serve hor.
