Pepper Mutton

Ingredients
2 Lamb (cut into cubes)
2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Tomato paste
2 tbsp Fresh black pepper powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tbsp Green cardamom pods
2 Onions (finely chopped)
3 tbsp Oil- 3 tablespoons
Salt to taste
 

Method:
  1. Grind the green cardamom pods until fine powder. Add this cardamom fine powder onto a hot pan with little oil and stir, then add lamb cubes and fry. Follow by, tomatoes (finely chopped) and onions (finely chopped), sauté for 5 minutes. Begin to add the garam masala, tomato paste, salt and 2 cups of water.
  2. Close up and simmer for 15 minutes, low heat. Open up, turns to high heat, add in the black pepper powder and stir for a while.
  3. Serve hor.
