Peshawari Kebab ( Succulent lamb coated with
papaya and yoghurt )
Ingredients
1kg Lamb, cut into 1” cubes
For the marinade:
½ cup Yoghurt (dahi)
2 tsp Raw papaya paste
Salt to taste
2 tsp Red Chili powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Black cumin (shahi jeera) seeds
1 tbsp Ginger (adrak) paste
1 tsp Garlic (lasan) paste
Ghee for basting:
1tsp Chaat masala
1 Juice of lemon (nimbu)
