Method:
- Head up pan with oil, toss in cardamom, garlic,
ginger and coriander seeds, fry and stir until seeds begin to pop.
- Get the lamb cubes and add in to fry until it
turns browned, and then add in chilies, onions and sugar. Continue
stirring until onions turn golden brown. Pour in remaining ingredients
and reduce heat and simmer for an hour until the meat is cooked.
- Serve hot
