Simple Mutton Fry

Ingredients:
1 lb Lean lamb
1 tsp Red chili powder
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Salt
Oil for frying
 

Method:

Wash and chop the lean lamb into slices. Wrap in with paper towels to dry up. Marinate with salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and leave it over night.
Heat up a deep pan with oil and deep fry the marinated lamb until crispy.
Serve hot.
