Cluster Beans Vathal

Ingredients
1 kg Cluster beans
2 tsp Salt
4 tsp Sour curd
 

Method:
  1. Pick the cluster beans separately and spread the salt over it. Steam them in a cooker and remove.
  2. Add the curd and keep it for 10 minutes. Then dry in hot sun until they become very crisp.
