Cranberry Thokku

Ingredients
1/2 kg Cranberries
4-5 tsp Chili powder
1/4 tsp Mustard
1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds
1/4 tsp Asafetida
3 tsp Salt
Oil
 

Method:
  • Shred cranberries and boil in a pressure cooker. Heat oil in a frying pan; add mustard, fenugreek seeds and asafetida. Add the boiled cranberries. Add salt and red chili powder and cook in low heat with constant stirring until it becomes a thick paste
