Ingredients
20 Green chilies
¼ tbsp Turmeric powder
1 cup Tamarind juice
¼ tbsp Hing
5 tbsp Cooking oil
¼ cup Salt
Method:
Heat up pan with oil. Fry mustard, turmeric,
hing, tamarind juice and green chilies. Stir it constantly for 5
minutes, add salt and keep on stirring for another 5 minutes.
