Maakali Pickle

Ingredients
1/2 Kg Maakali
1 cup Yogurt
2 tsp Mustard
4 Dried red peppers
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
 
Method:
  1. Grind the above ingredients other than maakali and yogurt, by adding minimum water into a smooth paste.
  2. Remove the skin of the maakali and cut into small pieces. Add the ground paste and 1 cup thick curd to the maakali. Stir once daily
